Welcome to my website.

Hi, my name is Sue Brodie and I hope you will find the information on this site of interest. I have trained to Practitioner level in five types of complementary therapy, Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Life Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Reiki and Spiritual Healing, all of which offer a holistic approach to health and well-being.

 

Why Holistic Health?

The term holistic means whole or complete and when we apply this to health and well-being, it includes all aspects of the self. Holistic health looks at the whole person, the mind, the physical, the emotional and the spiritual aspects of the individual and how the interrelatedness of these aspects affects well-being. There is an intimate and dynamic relationship between what is going on in our lives, our feelings, our thoughts, and what is happening in our bodies.

In the current social climate I am conscious that life can be hectic and at times stressful, in both the work and home environment and this can, and does, have an impact on our health, mentally, physically and emotionally.

I am keen to help and encourage people to be proactive in their own well-being, to help them Re~energise, Re~balance and De~stress their lives, and working with these therapies, in a calm and relaxing environment, helps me to help others.
